Your Role
? Responsible for Key continuous improvement activities deployed in BBSC
? SCIP activity deployment with good management methods in the plant
? Manage CI related projects and drive the good CI culture in BBSC
? Support department managers to improve their safety, quality, efficiency, etc.
? Employee suggestion system optimization and deployment

? Support plant team to implement visualization and 5S management
? Be the owner of plant visualization management
? Build up plant visualization standards and give guideline to unit leaders for better implementation
? Coordinate with other department on 5S implementation and daily management

? Responsible for Innovation (Good Practice Sharing) and make benchmark with other plants in China
? Support plant  good practice sharing platform set up and running effectively
? Support plant team on good practice finding and external GPS implementation

? BMS WoW facilitator
? Run BBSC BMS WoW elements as the standard playbook required.
? Take action for WoW improvement by finding gaps between actual and playbook
? New breakthrough for WoW improvement

? Other project support
? Support central IE or plant IE for other projects
? Finish some appointed task from supervisor

Your Profile
? Bachelor degree or above in science and technology
? At least 3 years+ experience within manufacturing, LEAN/IE related fields domain
? Good Lean thinking and project management skills and experiences
? Excellent interpersonal skills
? Result driven
? Good communication skills, fluent in English
? Dynamic, highly motivated, self-confident, open-minded
? Strong analytical thinking skills, process-oriented, quick learner
? Be proficient in MS Office 
? Shop-floor experienced preferred
